Intermediate M&E Project Engineer
An international Design and Build contractor that operates in the industrial wastewater treatment market have secured a refurbishment of an operational processing plant in Chippenham, Wiltshire.
We are looking for an M&E Project Engineer to join on a 12-month fixed term contract, paid either PAYE or Ltd Company.
At least 3 years in a Project Engineer role in the Water Industry, preferably with a Tier 1 contractor
A mechanical or electrical based academic qualification, preferably degree level
The main duties and responsibilities of the M&E Project Engineer are outlined as follows:
Site Inductions.
Preparation of RAMS
Co-ordination Meetings with subcontractors and Clients rep.
Record Keeping
Issuing of Permits
Recording of Incidents and accidents
Ordering of Materials
Scheduling of delivery of Materials.
Supervising Daily Activities.
Ensuring compliance with contract program and updating of same.
Ensuring compliance with Health and safety standards.
Compilation of material for o & m File.
Ensuring compliance with the HSEQ management system.
Reporting to the Project Manager
Resolution of Daily issues as required.
Updating of Drawings in conjunction with the Design engineer as and when required.
Salary for M&E Project Engineer negotiable within reason
