Structural Engineer

Innotech Partners are working with a progressive energy design company specialising in solar panel foundations. looking for a Structural Design Engineer. With a focus on 3 major types of foundation types, material experience essential are both concrete and steel-frame.

The best candidate will be a part of the structures team dealing with site investigations, research & analysis, calculations, design and quality assurance. Meaning a all around player is preferred.

Below is a list of qualities we require from all applicants.

Day to Day of the role consists of:

- Technical analysis of foundations.

- Bespoke designs, while liaising with client.

- Wind Tunnel analysis for facing Solar Panels.

- Working with a small team of designers optimise designs ensuring the most economical use of materials.

- Calculate and approve designs to the required Eurocodes and British Standards.

- Use of Design software and processes to improve products and systems.

For the role a number of key skills are required:

- Previous experience working with Concrete and Steel-frame.

- Relevant degree within Civil Engineering.

- Ability to clearly understand all design schedule with planning analysis and calculations.

- Great mindset to work within a team.

- Flawless computer skills with relevant CAD functionality.

Requirements for the role:

- UK Driving Licence

- Right to Work UK
