We are looking for a passionate Subsea structural engineer to join our team at our Sutton office on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Raise any areas of concern and seek guidance in case of conflicts related to internal interfaces.
• Review and raise any technical area of concern and seek arbitration in case of conflicts related to internal interfaces.
• Interface with internal functions, pipelay subcontractor, LLI Delivery Team, OSS, and client to ensure delivery of products.
• Ensure effective delivery of the packages and design scopes, throughout the project life cycle.
• Specific areas of engagement - Interface loads, MTO, convergence plan, PLET and Spool delivery roadmap.
• Define with the Lead Subsea Structural Package Engineer and Project Package Manager along with Project Functions as required the physical limits of their respective Package and associated HSES, Quality and Schedule Targets.
• Coordinate and follow up the execution of all Engineering scopes interfacing with Supply Chain, Fabrication and Operations.

Experience Required

• HNC or higher in an appropriate engineering discipline
• Subsea structural engineering experience (PLET's, PLEM's, spools)
• Some practical industrial experience in Subsea EPCI projects
• Subsea structures intermediate package management of flowline structures and spools
• Subsea production system hardware knowledge is desirable
• Willing and able to travel onshore and offshore internationally
• Demonstrable ability towards budget and schedule awareness
• Enhanced communication, collaboration skills
• Good command of MS packages
