This international multi-disciplined engineering consultancy are looking for a graduate civil engineer who has either just finished University or has 1 years plus relevant experience in civil engineering design to join their established civils team which consists of 7 people comprising of engineers and technicians.

The Graduate Engineer will be responsible for completing the Civil Engineering design of below ground drainage solutions under the supervision of a Senior Civil Engineer. The Engineer will also need to provide support to Senior Engineers within the team assisting with the design of below ground drainage, writing professional reports and producing Auto CAD drawings.

There is a hybrid/flexible working environment available for the engineer !

Graduate Civil Engineer requirements for University post graduates and for someone with experience :

- Industry relevant Bachelor's degree/ Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or internationally equivalent qualification accredited by the ICE.

- The ability to write professional reports for planning including Drainage Strategies and Flood Risk Assessments.

- The ability to design below ground drainage solutions including SuDS.

- An user of Micro Drainage, Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

- The ability to design below ground drainage schemes in Urban or Greenfield settings, including the design of sustainable urban drainage and detailed hydraulic modelling using Micro Drainage.

- Experience writing professional reports for Planning submission including Flood Risk Assessment and Drainage strategies.

- Familiar with Statutory Authority Section Agreement consisting of Pre-planning Applications, S104 adoptions, S106 connection applications and S185 diversion works.

- Experience negotiating with Statutory bodies including Lead Local Flood Authorities, The Environment Agency and Drainage Statutory authorities on hydraulic matters pertaining to the development
