Structural Engineer permanent, full-time

Salary: £30,000 - £38,000Location: Nottingham

We are currently working with a vacancy for an aspiring Structural Engineer to join our client's friendly team based in Nottingham.

This is an exciting time to join our client's Civil and Structural Consultancy as they grow their workload and expand their team. This role has excellent progression opportunities for the right candidate.

What are we looking for in the Structural Engineer Candidate?

The skills and experience required for this role include:

• Design of new built residential projects
• Experience working on commercial and industrial projects
• Working with core materials - concrete, steel, masonry, timber
• High proficiency using design software - Tekla/Tedds, Revit, Robot, AutoCAD.
• Liaising with statutory authorities, architects, design team and contractors
• Preparation of detailed design calculations to British Standards, Eurocodes and relevant design guidance notes.
• Qualitative and quantitative experience in building structures
