Estimator - Civil Engineering

• Manage accurate records of tender and contract documents

• Prepare detailed bills of quantities and work schedules for accurate pricing

• Compile tender comparisons and consideration

• Present tenders at settlement meetings with a comprehensive knowledge of the best approach to be taken

• Offer advice on risk and value engineering options

• Chair handover meetings

• Work closely with supply chains to ensure competitive tenders

• Contribute to database tenders for historical data and average rates and supply chain databases

• Develop relationships with consultants and clients

• Maximise efficiency of services, utilising all resources in conjunction with the Project Managers, and identity problems, taking the relevant action to resolve them What we'd like from you

• Proven Estimating Experience

• Experience in Civil Engineering

• Exceptional written and spoken English skills

• Proficient in water/Drainage processes
