Tucson Water Engineering Manager

The Planning and Engineering Division of the Tucson Water Department is seeking a qualified professional to lead a team of Civil Engineers, Project Managers, and other technical staff to support the Capital Improvement Program through the delivery of water infrastructure projects.

This position will require exercise of judgment in managing engineering activities, problem resolution and personnel. Work in this position includes close coordination with all sections of the water department. Duties also include coordinating activities with and providing technical and administrative support to, City departments, consultants, contractors, governmental agencies, and public utilities. 

Currently, this is a hybrid/telecommuting position where a portion of the work may be completed virtually, based on specific work tasks.  This model may change based on future business needs.

• Must have a minimum of 50 Mbps to connect to the internet
