We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Structural engineer to join our clients growing civil and structural engineering team in Manchester City Centre.
As a Structural Engineer you will play an active role in the creation of buildings and undertake a variety of technical tasks on diverse projects, across a number of sectors that include healthcare, education, retail and workplace.
They are looking for a passionate and dedicated structural engineer with excellent design, technical, and software skills that works collaboratively in a multi-professional design team. In the role you will be involved with the development of designs and the production of construction information for the delivery of major national and international projects.
* You will be a Senior Structural Engineer with considerable experience of working within a leading design firm that includes developing structural designs for building structures.
* Good communication skills, be self-organised, have a passion for structural design, enjoy working within a motivated team, and have an enthusiasm for architecture and building design.
* Able to demonstrate excellent technical aptitude and have experience in use of varied structural design analysis software.
* Experience of Tekla Structural Designer, TEDDS, Staad PRO and Etabs would be beneficial.
* Experience of working within a BIM environment is desirable with knowledge of Revit beneficial.
