Water Hygiene Engineer- Southampton

£25,000- £30,000 + benefits

Are you a water hygiene engineer based in Southampton who is looking for work? Our client is looking to hire either a water hygiene engineer with 6 months' experience, or a candidate who can be trained for the role. In order to be chosen as this candidate, you must have at least an NVQ LV2 plumbing diploma, or an equivalent qualification. The successful candidate will also have a full UK driver's license and will be happy to travel.

Key duties of the Water Hygiene Engineer role can include:

• TMV installations and servicing
• Water sampling from a variety of water systems and sources
• Temperature checks
• Tanks cleans and disinfections
• Shower head descaling
• Closed system analysis and disinfections
• Chlorination

Experience required for the Water Hygiene Engineer role:

• At least 6 month's experience carrying out Water Hygiene Technician duties
• A full UK driver's license
• NVQ level 2 in plumbing would be beneficial
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
