Category Manager - Engineering and Construction

We are currently recruiting for a Category Manager with a background of Construction, Engineering and Capital Procurement, on behalf of a high profile client.

Our client is a well established Utilities company, committed to addressing major Environmental challenges and improve people's lives. There has never been a better time to join them, as they are currently undergoing various Transformation Programmes and looking into expanding their teams.

The Category Manager role will be part of the Engineering & Construction category team,leading the development and implementation of relevant category strategies.

This is a permanent position, hybrid working, attractive salary and benefits package on offer.

Essential skills and experience needed are:

- experience of construction or capital procurement

- experience working with best practice tools, techniques and processes for the development of category strategies

- experience of working in a regulated procurement environment
