Mainstream North London consultancy requires a Chartered Senior Structural Engineer/Principal to join the expanding satellite London studio as No 2 to the Director.

Candidates will need to be Chartered with IStructE and or ICE and have good design and project-running skills gained in UK consultancy. They should be looking to progress their career working as No to the Director helping him deliver projects and expand the workforce. They should be highly experienced in Developer-led residential construction and capable of running project teams and mentoring more Junior Structural Engineers.

Current workload is several new-build residential schemes with project values up to £50million across London and the South East - some of them phased on fast-track delivery programmes.
