Structural Engineer - Altrincham | £35,000-£45,000
Are you a Structural Engineer who wants to work on projects throughout all construction phases? Have you been working as a Structural Engineer, but your responsibility has been limited to certain stages?
In this role, you'll work as a Project Structural Engineer on various building structures. You'll get involved with schemes locally in Altrincham and across the UK valued up to £500m+.
The team is multi-disciplined, and you'll join a team of around 50 Engineers based in Manchester. You'll work autonomously and take charge of smaller projects with plenty of support from the team - both during the day-to-day and in the long term to become chartered with the IStructE/ICE.
Ideally, you'll be a Structural Engineer who's familiar with various structural materials and have extensive experience working on building structures in different sectors. If you have any knowledge gaps, they will be filled through continued training and professional development.
Required Skills/Qualifications for this Structural Engineer position:
MEng/ BEng degree level (or equivalent)
Progressing with the IStructE or ICE.
Practical experience in structural engineering within a consultancy environment.
Well-versed in a range of design software and analysis packages.
Experience working on building structures. More about the company
