An exciting opportunity for a planner to join our bids and construction team. This role will be instrumental in driving numerous Civil projects, making it an essential addition to our team. Youll be based from our hub in Tipton working on our projects for our biggest customers (Severn Trent Water, South staff water, Cambridge water and Anglian water). Youll be working on 30 projects ranging in value from £50K to £5M, working within a multidisciplinary civils and utilities environment.

Whats the role:

InputtingEWs and look at disruption and productivity loss along with delay analysis.

Ensuring planning and programming is produced on time by understanding the planning process to meet challenging deadlines, understanding the interface and reliance between elements/ disciplines, developing and monitoring integrated design, procurement, construction and commissioning programmes.

Developing and producing fully logic linked and integrated tender programme comprising the design, procurement, construction and commission compliant with tender sum, design (where appropriate) and methodology without assistance.

Programming and Data manipulating to manage workflow including resource and cost levelling.

Providing detailed support and assistance to the project in order to enable the team to monitor pinch-points on the critical path.

What youll need:

Have previous experience of working as a planner on both clean water main lay & rehab projects, wastewaterand civil projects.

Be experienced with using MSP with Asta skill knowledge an advantage.

Be experienced in planning and programming on projects mainly using Microsoft Project with Primavera P6.
