Structural Engineer permanent, full-time

Salary: £30,000 - £36,000Location: Sheffield

Our client's consultancy is a well-established practice north of Sheffield. Their friendly and supportive team consists of multidisciplinary professionals on all levels.

The firm works on a range of projects from small local extensions to major international projects. They specialise in structural engineering, surveys, planning applications and refurbishments.

The Structural Engineer we are looking for will have experience in residential, leisure, industrial and commercial sectors.

Requirements for this Structural Engineer role:

• Recent and extensive experience of detailed design for residential schemes
• Good knowledge of UK Codes of Practice and Regulations
• High proficiency using a range of professional software (AutoCAD, Tekla, Tedds, Revit, Robot, Fastrack)
• Proven track record of delivering designs in range of materials including timber, steel, reinforced concrete, and masonry
• Experience in foundation design
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
