Location: Birmingham, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits: 24,000 - 35,000 + Benefits + Training
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Hygiene Engineer with future training into risk assessing.
Profile
Our client is a well-established and successful water treatment/hygiene company, and they are currently looking to recruit an experienced and competent Water Hygiene Engineer based in and around the Birmingham area. The ideal applicant will come from a strong water hygiene background with experience undertaking a variety of duties including TMV servicing, water sampling and temperature monitoring.
Applications will be considered from - Coventry, Warwick, Wolverhampton , Worcester, Bromsgrove, Leicester, Telford, Cannock, Stafford, Tamworth and Derby.
Experience / Qualifications:
" The successful Water Hygiene Engineer with ideally hold Plumbing qualifications NVQ level 2 or City & Guilds equivalent.
" Previous experience carrying out water hygiene duties.
" Excellent communication skills.
" Proficient in using Microsoft Office Package.
The Role:
" Temperature monitoring, conducting routine sampling and analysis of water systems.
" Installs of dosing systems.
" Replacing and servicing TMV's and showerheads.
" Analysis on closed systems and chemical dosing.
" Comply with current Health and Safety legislation.
" Carrying out any remedial legionella/plumbing works as and when required.
