Structural Facade Engineer

This is a fantastic opportunity for a façade engineer to join a highly reputable façade consultancy that are looking to expand their facade design team due to acquiring a number of exciting new projects. The successful façade engineer will be working for an organisation that prioritises staff development and progression and offers the opportunity to learn and grow within the role.

We are looking for suitable façade engineers that have previous experience working as a façade engineerto work on a variety of façade projects within commerical and residential properties. The successful façade engineer will ideally have 3+ years prior experience and a formal qualification within structural or facade engineering. The successful façade engineer ideally will have experience with recladding and refurbishments.

In addition to having at least 3 years experience as a facade engineer, the successful candidate should also have:

A Bachelors degree in Engineering (ideally structural)
Strong technical skills using 2D and 3D software
Thermal and structural calculation experience
Worked on projects using a variety of different materials

The successful façade engineer should be based in London and willing to work from the office. Once established, the successful candidate would have the opportunity to work from home with more flexibility.The successful façade engineer can expect a salary between £50k and £60k, dependent on experience with a car allowance included.
