Structural Engineer

Berry Recruitment are seeking a Structural Engineer for a principal contractor specialising in Facades and Cladding.

You will be expected to generate design/structural calculations in line with BS and Eurocode standards, attend/initiate site visits and video meetings to communicate your work and obtain design related information to complete your design calculations.

Monday to Thursday in the office Friday working from home

Location: Redhill

Salary offering £50k circa

28 days holiday

- You will need to have solid background as a Structural Engineer within the Facade and Cladding sector

- Be fluent in AutoCAD to generate Facade elevations and details

- Proven track record in generating design/structural calculations in line with BS and Eurocode standards

Support & tools available to you are:

BS and Eurocode standards
Autocad
ANSYS ENTERPRISE for structural analysis and simulation (training would be given)
Wind load calculations
U-value calculations
