My client is looking for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to work in a dynamic design environment on both Temporary and Permanent Works in London. You will be working with their knowledgeable Contractor clients and designing for them at a relatively fast pace.
The problems they solve are varied and interesting and they will look to nurture and develop the confidence and skills needed to do this well. The role is office-based in east London.
Person specifications:
have at least 3 years' working experience in geotechnical design processes, analytical confidence
preferably also a Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering together with a strong interest in the world of Construction Engineering and 4-dimensional design
Job responsibilities include:
assessing Site conditions and Investigation
carrying out Finite Element analyses (e.g.) and reporting, directly under the guidance of an experienced Director
discussion and the presentation of ideas and work both to clients and other parties to projects
Salary and benefits:
Anticipated salary - depending on candidate
