Senior Structural Engineer

From leading-edge arts and media facilities such as the Everyman Theatre and Confetti Institute of Creative Arts to major new student residential developments, they are supporting schemes across a huge range of sectors.
Working across boundaries as part of a fully integrated multidisciplinary team, you'll have a great platform to present your ideas and designs.

You'll also have the chance to develop your leadership skills by supporting junior members of the team and through the supervision of design staff, where you'll provide learning input and verify their design calculations, drawings, and specifications.

Through their mentoring programme, you'll have the opportunity to continue the development of your skills and experience and further hone your leadership capabilities by partnering with some of the most experienced engineers and business leaders.

Ideally you should have:
* Relevant civil or structural engineering degree
* You've achieved chartership, or are working towards becoming a chartered structural engineer
* You like to take an innovative and creative approach to structural design and are always eager to explore new techniques and ideas
* You've developed exceptional planning, organisational and time management skills, with the capability to balance tasks and prioritise to meet tight deadlines.
