Senior Civil Engineer
permanent, full-time
Location: York
Salary: £33,000 - £38,000
The client we are working with is an established multidisciplinary Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy with a wide diversity of clients. With 3 offices in the North they provide a full range of services - design, procurement, coordination, project management.
If you are a professional with a good amount of experience and enjoy working on diverse projects this is a role for you! The usual sectors the company works in include Residential, Retail, Commercial, Education, Health, Industrial and Infrastructure. If you are in the process of getting chartered or getting ready to start it - you will get all the support you need. Our client prides themself in investing in their staff's development.
The perfect candidate for this Civil Engineer role will have experience in delivering projects relating to S38/S278 and S104s. They will have good knowledge of highway drainage systems.
The ability to prepare high quality calculations and designs will be essential. Except for knowledge of AutoCAD, proficiency in Civil 3D, Microdrainge, CausewayFlow, or PDS would be of a great advantage.
For more experienced candidates the role provides managerial responsibilities as well. Candidates going for their first senior position will be supported in their progression within the company.
