We are a market-leading company that specialises in the design, installation and commissioning of commercial solar PV, EV charging and battery storage projects. We are looking to expand our existing team to facilitate current and future projects. Due to growth and resources required on multiple exciting projects, RenEnergy UK require Electrical Engineers to join our design team. Candidates must have:

HND (or equivalent) in electrical engineering with extensive relevant experience including:

* Low voltage power distribution design, preferably for generation assets.

* Circuit protection with correct disconnection times in LV final distribution.

* Cable Calculations.

* Containment sizing including consideration of de-rating etc.

* Schedule and BoM production.

The ability to produce detailed schematics in 2D CAD for installation teams - ideally with Autodesk experience.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with ability to professionally deal with all levels of colleagues and clients.

Knowledge of HV networks will be a distinct advantage.

The ideal candidates will also be chartered (or working towards chartership) and have considerable experience in more than one of the following fields;

* Industrial and commercial solar PV

* Grid parallel and stand-alone energy storage systems

* ENA and DNO requirements for embedded generation connected at LV and HV

* Testing and commissioning of protection relays, and generation sync. controllers etc.

* Work experience at AP / SAP level

Salary will be based on knowledge, skills, experience, and the value you can bring to this dynamic and growing company. Several roles are available, with salaries up to £70k for the right candidate.

Hybrid working and car / travel allowances will be offered to suitable candidates and relocation packages available. All applicants must be available for and entitled to, work in the UK and hold full UK Drivers Licence.
