Associate Geotechnical Engineer

They are seeking an experienced Associate to join their team and lead their urban and renewable projects. You will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues from different disciplines in order to create successful projects. Duties:
Undertake and manage complex Geotechnical aspects of multidisciplinary project design using industry standard software.
Ensure team members are comparing options and materials, and undertaking carbon calculations to help find lowest carbon solutions and reduce environmental impacts of projects.
Technically and financially responsible for multiple projects, facilitating project deliverables within internal and external design teams.
Playing an active part in team growth and management, and in day-to-day practice systems.
Delivery of Geotechnical services to other disciplines at the consultancy.
Act as an ambassador to clients, reflecting the ethos and values of the consultancy.
Look to innovate and develop designs systems alongside their teams nationally and internationally.
Ensure sustainability is at the heart of all work.
Carry out performance and development reviews for team members.
The Ideal Candidate must have:
10+ years' experience
Chartered (CEng MICE) as a Civil Engineer, or as an Geologist (CGeol)
BEng/Meng degree in Civil Engineering
In-depth experience and current working knowledge of Geotechnical software essential
