This privately owned company have built a reputation on good quality developments in the East midlands. They currently have over 10 live sites and are going through their next phase of growth as a business to dominate more territories and increase turnover. Due to their expansion plans they are now looking for a Civil Engineer to join the business and play a key part in their next phase of growth.

On offer is the chance to join a growing residential developer, being part of a knowledgeable Engineering team. Whilst becoming an expert in your field working on various development to progress your career.

In this role you will be working alongside external engineering consultants on multiple live projects. You will be responsible for issuing technical information to sites and consultants, liaising with architects and planning teams, organising utility surveyors, conducting initial drawing with AutoCAD and liaising with land teams to ensure viability of projects.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on new build residential projects with either a developer, main contractor or consultancy. You will work closely with various the third party consultancies and the in house technical, land and construction teams.
