Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Groundworks/ Civil Engineering

Salary: Negotiable, plus bonus scheme, based upon £0.10 per m² of installed product typically 40,000m² per annum

Role:

Site measurement for external and internal valuations on a nationwide basis.

Applications for payment / invoicing for works.

*

Final account settlements.

*

Dispute resolution.

*

Material scheduling and purchasing.

*

Cost analysis.

*

Attending pre-let meetings.

*

Managing contractor's supply chain documentation requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

*

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.

*

Experience of groundworks.

*

A working knowledge of contract forms including NEC3.

*

Qualified to minimum HNC standard.

*

CSCS Card.

*

The ability to take initiatives and a flexibility to adapt to challenges
