Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering

The package Salary: Negotiable, plus bonus scheme, based upon £0.10 per m² of installed product typically 40,000m² per annum

The role 

Site measurement for external and internal valuations on a nationwide basis.

Applications for payment / invoicing for works.

Final account settlements.

Dispute resolution.

Material scheduling and purchasing.

Cost analysis.

Attending pre-let meetings.

Managing contractor's supply chain documentation requirements.

The skills needed or preferred

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.

Experience of groundworks.

A working knowledge of contract forms including NEC3.

Qualified to minimum HNC standard.

CSCS Card.

The ability to take initiatives and a flexibility to adapt to challenges
