Project Support Intern - CA High Speed Rail

The firm has been in business for 33-years and currently operates in New York, New Jersey, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, and California.

The Luster National Internship Program (LNIP) has been created to provide field experience and professional development opportunities to undergraduate students in the areas of Program, Project & Construction Management. The internship program is designed to take advantage of the unique training opportunities presented by the various projects we service for our clients across the nation.

Luster’s approach to program, project & construction management is collaborative. We focus on implementing systems & workflows that have a positive impact on budgets, schedules, and digital asset management control. We mitigate project scopes and manage project budgets proactively collaborating with all stakeholders. We function as an extension of our clients’ staff to deliver the highest quality programs & projects. Luster staff includes certified program managers, project managers, construction managers, schedulers, cost estimators, inspectors, and digital asset management specialists. 

The Luster National Internship Program will provide twelve weeks of paid training, but internship could be extended based upon project assignment & the student intern’s performance. The students will work under the supervision of experienced Luster National staff.
