Role: Graduate Civil Design Engineer
Location: Bradford
Salary: Up to £27,000 p/a depending on experience

Are you a graduate Civil Engineer? Would you like to join one of the UK's leading technical engineering consultancies in the Water sector?
We have live positions for clean or wastewater Civil Engineers, as well as engineers with infrastructure or non-infrastructure bias. You will work on projects attached to water authority frameworks up and down the country.
The role will encompass co-ordinating cost-effective design and producing civil design documents and drawings taking due account of health & safety requirements, specifications and standards pertaining to the contract.
The ideal candidate will have:
·A basic knowledge of water and sewage treatment through academic modules or industry experience.
·Relevant Engineering degree or HND.
·Ability to think clearly under pressure.
·Good negotiation skills.
·Good interpersonal skills.
·Ability to rationalise designs and produce economic civil designs.
·Good general knowledge of all aspects of water treatment, e.g. mechanical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering and project management.
·A technical and flexible mind, with the ability to assimilate large amounts of different data at one time.
·Ability to present technical proposals clearly, confidently and convincingly.
·Computer literacy.
