Civil Design Engineer - Building Infrastructure Design

Excellent opportunity for a Civil Design Engineer to join a UK-leading, independent and employee-owned, multi-disciplined, built environment practice. My Client is at the forefront of design; integrating residential and commercial architecture, engineering, planning and surveying for all development needs. They seek a Civil Design Engineer of a building infrastructure background to join their Birmingham Team.

As a Civil Engineer you would be joining a highly skilled and very friendly team of civil engineering professionals who operate from modern, iconic offices in Birmingham. This is a fantastic time to join the Birmingham office who have a very impressive history of success within the Civil Engineering Sector.

My Client is seeking a Civil / Infrastructure Design Engineer who can ideally evidence the following skills / attributes:

Post-qualification experience in the design of, for example: roads, drainage, ground-works etc. for building development schemes
Ideally experienced in SuDS, Section 38, Section 104 and Section 278 works
Experience in PDS Design (this is not essential and training can be provided)
WinDES design experience (this is not essential and training can be provided)
Competent in on-plot drainage and levels design
Produce external surfacing plans and the associated detailsWith strong relations with many of the leading house builders across the Midlands region successful applicants can expect to be involved in the design of a multitude of prestigious residential schemes. In addition to this you can also expect to be exposed and gain experience of working on industrial and commercial developments.
