Excellent opportunity for a Structural Engineer to join an expanding and well-established consultancy where you will work on a range of interesting commercial, residential and industrial projects whilst having opportunities to progress your career.

Are you a Structural Engineer with experience working with steel and concrete on AutoCAD? Are you looking to join a close knit team where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills to become chartered?

Established for almost 50 years, this Cheshire based consultancy are looking to continue growth by bringing on a structural engineer wanting to progress their career into senior levels of management, this company rewards longevity through extended holiday as well as loyalty bonuses. This team offer training towards chartership through a structured plan with regular quarterly reviews to ensure development is ongoing. Due to winning a number of high value, lucrative contracts they are looking to recruit a motivated Structural Engineer to join their close knit, loyal team.

In this role you will be based in Cheshire with the occasional requirement to travel to sites across the North. Responsibilities will include designing and detailing, calculations, working closely with the senior team, CAD work, RC detailing, connection detailing as well as on site visits.

The Role:

• Office based in Cheshire with the opportunity for hybrid working.
• Projects focusing on residential, commercial and industrial sectors doing reports, design and alterations.
• Close knit team with intimate work environment.
• Professional training towards chartership from chartered engineers.

The Person:

• Structural Engineer with relevant structural experience.
• Ability to use AutoCAD and produce technical drawings.
• Good understanding of structures and steel/concrete/reinforced concrete.
• Travelling to sites to work autonomously across the North.
