Quantity Surveyor - Groundworks/ Civil Engineering

Salary: Negotiable, plus bonus scheme, based upon £0.10 per m of installed product typically 40,000m per annum

Role:

• Site measurement for external and internal valuations on a nationwide basis.
• Applications for payment / invoicing for works.
• Final account settlements.
• Dispute resolution.
• Material scheduling and purchasing.
• Cost analysis.
• Attending pre-let meetings.
• Managing contractors supply chain documentation requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Experience of groundworks.
• A working knowledge of contract forms including NEC3.
• Qualified to minimum HNC standard.
• CSCS Card.
• The ability to take initiatives and a flexibility to adapt to challenges.
