Senior Geotechnical Engineer

Our client is an engineering consultancy involved in Ports & Container Terminal Projects in the UK and an Internationally.

They are looking for an experienced Geotechnical Engineer with Plaxis experience, Soil Structure interactions & experience with key structures.

Candidates that will be considered must meeting the following requirements:

Be eligiable to work in the UK i.e Dont require a work sponsorship
Hold a Civil Engineering degree or Equivalent
Previous experience in Geotechnical Enigneering to include site characterisation, deep foundation and earth retaining structure design and in-situ stabilization
Demonstrate a strong technical knowledge of principal of soil mechanics, and geotechnical design, and be able to effectively work with a team of other engineers
Experience with Plaxis is essential
