Water Treatment Maintenance Engineer

Aventus Commissioning & Water Treatment are recruiting!

We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to join our maintenance team across various sites in London.

The Lead Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that Aventus deliver their contracted M&E maintenance and day to day reactive works in a safe and efficient manner and within legislative and contractual obligations, ensuring that records are up to date and of the highest standard.

KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Flushing works as per HTM 04 and L8
- Chlorine testing
- TMV Repair/replacement.
- Tap cartridge replacement.
- PH Testing
- Hydro pool checks
- Shower Head Disinfection
- Tap Temperature checks as per HTM 04 and L8
- Basic Legionella Control and Monitoring & Inspection of Hot and Cold-- -- - Water Systems
- Water sampling
- Acid descales
- Chemical top up of water systems as required when trained
- CWS Tank Inspections and reporting

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

* Operating as a Senior Water Technician

* Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the Water Hygiene Sector

* Hold relevant and current certification for the role

* Good written and verbal communication skills

* ACOP 8 and L8 Water treatment City and Guilds

* Legionella management for water systems
