Civil Engineer (Highways and Drainage Design) - Bristol - £Negotiable

Our client are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join their dynamic team.

The successful Civil Engineer will be responsible for delivering a wide range of highway and drainage design projects, using their expertise in the field to ensure high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage the construction of highways and drainage systems
• Prepare detailed design calculations, drawings, and specifications
• Undertake site inspections and surveys
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and contractors
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Manage and mentor junior members of the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Extensive experience in highways and drainage design
• Proficient in the use of relevant software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroDrainage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Full driving license
