Contract Scotland are working with an Edinburgh based engineering firm, to source a structural design engineer, to join an existing successful design team. As a result of growth in projects, this client, who operate in the Petrochemical, Industrial, Power generation, Marine, Historic and Residential sectors, requires an experienced structural design engineer to work with the team, designing bespoke lifting and hydraulic jacking systems for temporary works. Based in their Edinburgh office, and visiting various projects across the region, this client will also consider candidates looking for a hybrid style of working. Key Requirements for the role:
  • Qualified to BSc in Structural Engineering
  • Drivers Licence
  • Proven experience within consultancy/ contractor environment
  • Experience with Autodesk, AutoCAD and Robot
