RGB are delighted to be supporting one of the leading names with Civil Engineering within Devon who have an opportunity for a Pre-Construction / Civil Engineer to join them working on projects up to £1 Million in value. Current Projects support South West Water, Western Power Distribution, Local Authorities and The Environment Agency on a number of schemes across the region.The role will be supporting the PM with a number of duties to include the following:Key duties:

• Supporting the Bid Manager with the preparation of tenders for civil engineering works.
• Assist to prepare Bills of Quantities/materials take-offs from drawings
• Production of/assisting with quality documents for tender submissions.
• Researching, sourcing, negotiating, and obtaining quotations from suppliers & subcontractors.
• Site visits to assist in producing a scope of works and programme sequencing.
• Preparing licence/permit applications
