Structural Engineer

Salary up to £37k
Our client is actively recruiting for a Structural Engineer who has the potential to become an Associate within the medium term. They work on a variety of projects large and small across most sectors including commercial, R&D, energy and residential and continue delivering exciting and interesting projects across the industry.
The role will involve working closely with other members of the team and reporting to the Project Director, you will assist and carry out structural designs in steel, concrete, masonry and timber. Working with the Project Director, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of the projects and developing skills with a view to assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects.
You will develop skills with a view to liaising with clients, project teams and Local Authorities with a view to making sure the project complies with statutory requirements, especially health and safety.
They are looking for master's qualified Candidate that has previously carried out Structural Design on buildings and has design experience in all common building materials. This is an ideal role for someone with 2-3 years' experience looking to make their next step in the industry.
