THE POSITION
Our client, the Capital Region Airport Commission / Richmond International Airport is seeking a Director of Capital Development. Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Capital Development provides oversight and direction to the Environmental, Planning, Design and Construction of Capital Projects including the administration and evaluation of services contracts and construction. The Director of Capital Development will ensure that airport capital programs and projects are planned, designed, and delivered on budget and on schedule in a safe and secure manner, and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations with limited to no impact on airport operations.
