Civil Engineer, Principal/Associate, Lincolnshire
My client is a local engineering consultancy with many years of experience across numerous sectors within the construction industry, working with high end clients, ensuring that their project forecast can be delivered to within budget and to a high standard
I am looking for a Principal Civil Engineer to join the team, the order book is full, the business is expanding so this role is crucial to that growth, you will be looking after a team of Civil Engineers and technicians, delivering projects on time within budget, ensuring that the brief is met and the client is kept informed
My ideal candidate will be:
Have a HND or degree in Civil Engineering.
Be a member of a professional engineering institute
Have a good understanding of foul and drainage water ie SUDS
Be able to negotiate Section 104, 106, 278 and 39 agreements and having infrastructure design experience.
Extensive experience with AutoCAD and MicroDrainage along with Civil 3D
Have management experience within a similar role or wanting to take the next step into management.
Excellent working experience of CDM regulations.
Preparation of bids and quotations within budget including all the client specification.
For this position I have a healthy salary on offer, subject to experience, along with a level of hybrid home/office working,
