We're partnering with a dynamic Construction & Engineering Consultancy to find a Structural Design Engineer for their Glasgow office.

Responsibilities:

Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of building structures and infrastructure projects
Produce detailed calculations, specifications, and drawings for construction
Liaise with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective
Prepare reports, proposals, and other technical documents for clients
Attend site visits and inspections to assess existing structures and provide recommendations for repair or modification
Requirements:

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
2-5 years of relevant experience in structural design
Proficient in the use of industry-standard software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
Understanding of relevant building codes and regulations
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
