Water Treatment Engineer

Location: Field Based across London, normally 1 hour commute from home address

Salary: £21,000 - £27,000 base salary, dependent on experience, plus paid overtime

Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week (paid overtime over these hours)

You will thrive completing pre-planned maintenance of water hygiene works for our clients across our field-based role, travelling and delivering projects for clients across London and Greater London regions. Travel will be a key requirement of your role, with occasional travel further afield depending on our business needs.

Your responsibilities:

Delivering a variety of water hygiene works to high standards
Cleaning and disinfecting showers
Checking and cleaning water tanks and systems
Delivering TMV checks and maintenance
Checking and disinfecting calorifiers
Completing all work on in house software using an iPadRequirements

Previous water hygiene experience, achieving results to high standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience using iPad technology
Full UK Driving Licence (You will be provided with a company van)Applicants must be able to provide evidence of their Right to Work in the UK.

All roles at SMS require a DBS check; SMS Environmental will cover the cost of this if you do not already hold a valid DBS certificate.
