CAD Engineer/Surveyor (Surveying Experience)

Location: Dudley, West Midlands

Salary: Basic Up to £35,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

Our client, a well-established, family-owned business is currently seeking a CAD Engineer / Surveyor with expertise in AutoCAD 2010 and 2017. They specialise in design, manufacturing, supply, and installation of balusters for both domestic and commercial customers. They also offer a supply-only service for those who prefer self-installation or have their own fitting professionals.

The role will be primarily based at their Dudley premises, with occasional travel around the country in the company pool car for surveying assignments.

Duties:

• Conduct surveys using CAD design and AutoCAD software.
• Serve as a CAD Engineer / Technician within the company.
• Possess or obtain a CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of CAD design experience, specifically using AutoCAD 2010 and 2017.
• Prior surveying experience is essential.
• Full driving license and minimum age of 25 (for insurance purposes).
• Punctuality and a can-do attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
