Civil Engineer
Location: Oxford
Salary: 35k - 45k (dependent on experience)
Emtech are working with a Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy who are looking for a Civil Engineer to join their growing, social team in Oxford. The company have an accredited training scheme and a number of staff who have progressed from Graduate to AD / Director level. They are looking for someone who is keen to do the same in their career.
Responsibilities
Undertake design work for clients and manage the communication between all key stakeholders
Assist senior members of staff on larger projects, ensuring timely and cost-efficient solutions are provided
Complete and submit S38 and S278 designs to meet all legal and site requirements
Advise on site drainage solutions and liaise with drainage experts as required
Mentor more junior staff including sponsorship students
Co-ordinate a number of projects at any one timeQualifications & Skills
Degree in Civil Engineering or qualified by experience
3-5 years of civil engineering experience related to site design and section agreements
Experience with AutoCAD, Site3D and KTF, or similar software
Actively working towards Chartered Engineer status.Benefits
