I am actively seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join a small design practice in Lincolnshire on a permanent basis. The bulk of the workload would involve agricultural, historic and commercial buildings and you would assist the team in preparing designs and specifications on a variety of projects.
Our client is offering a healthy starting salary, regular pay reviews, options to lead , grow and manage a small design team as well as a tailored benefits package to suit candidate lifestyle, including hybrid work arrangements.
In order to be considered for this Senior Structural Engineer role you will have gained previous experience in a consultancy environment. You will come from a civil/structural, degree educated background and be Chartered or working towards. You will have a knowledge of CAD and be comfortable producing structural designs, specifications and reports.
