Water Hygiene Engineer
Woolwich
£25,000-£28,000 + Benefits
Founded in the 1950s our client has since grown into a leading multidisciplinary consultancy providing sustainable solutions to meet the planning, engineering design and project delivery needs of the property, infrastructure, environment, and energy markets. Due to their continued growth, they are now seeking a water hygiene engineer in East London.
This is a great opportunity for a London based water hygiene engineer to join an award-winning team, that really care about their engineers.
Duties & Responsibilities (Water Hygiene Engineer)
You will complete temperature checks and heating system checks.
You will complete scale inspections and de-scaling works.
You will learn produce water hygiene risk assessments.
You will inspect and service TMVs.
You will sample water systems for lab analysis.
You will complete CWST cleans and disinfections.Required Experience (Water Hygiene Engineer)
Ideally you will have an NVQ level 2 or similar in plumbing.
You will need 2 years' experience in a similar role.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
Must have a good understanding of health and safety and the water treatment industry- ACOP- L8.
Experience in the above duties will be beneficial. Working as a water hygiene engineer for our client you will receive a full benefits package (23 days holiday plus bank, a company vehicle and fuel card, pension, overtime options, phone/tablet, PPE and all tools needed) plus a personalised development plan to ensure you can grow with the business.
