Civil Engineer
Salary - Depends on experience as they are on a big recruitment drive and considering various levels of experience
Harrogate
Due to increased workload a civil and structural engineer consultancy based in Harrogate are looking for a civil engineer with 2 years plus experience all the way to Senior or Associate level to join them.
The role is in their civils team who provide design development infrastructure services on a range of sectors. The bulk of the work is residential but they also do retail, distribution, leisure, industrial.
The civils team provides both drainage and highways design packages on their projects for their clients. The software the civils team use is: Civils 3D , PDS and other relevant/similar packages such as Micro Drainage.
The office is 14 people strong divided between civil an structural engineers. There are 3 people in the civils team which comprise of a senior and 2x project engineers and the rest are structural engineers.
The civils role covers form pre-planning so Flood Risk Assessments and drainage strategies to detailed design (S38/278/104/185 etc) and they also sometimes do site supervision for certain clients during construction.
There is ample parking for someone who commutes via car
