First People Solutions is working with a successful Consulting Engineer who is looking for experienced Civil Design Engineers to join their growing drainage team. Our client is a well-established consultancy with years of experience delivering quality services across a wide range of sectors, including Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial and Residential.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide input on all aspects of civil projects, including concept design, design, implementation, and maintenance upgrades
Ensure documents, designs and drawings comply with design standards, industry best practice, and client expectations
Assist in the communication with clients, regulators and other stakeholders, and preparation of bids and proposals
Attendance at design meetings
Work alongside engineering teams and associated consulting engineers

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Civil Engineering
3 years of experience working within a design engineering environment
Strong knowledge of sustainable urban drainage systems (SuDS), road drainage design & foul storm water drainage
Skilled in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microdrainage and Navisworks
Full clean driving license
