Location: West Bromwich
Salary: Up to £45,000 p/a + company car/car allowance
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 37.5 per week

Are you interested in working for a leading wastewater treatment equipment and solutions specialist?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Engineer to be responsible for assisting in the technical, commercial and safety aspects of a number of clean and waste water projects. My client offers excellent training and progression for a candidate looking to progress their career as a Project Engineer in the water sector.

Your role will involve working closely with Project Managers to carry out HS&E planning, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers and overseeing the timely submission of all applications for payment. Your input into proposals and design will be required and you will often be liaising with clients regarding the project schedule.

The Work Environment:
You are likely to visit wastewater treatment works, pumping stations, water/sewerage mains infrastructure, water treatment plants and supply chain manufacturing/assembly premises.

Travel throughout the UK and Ireland will be required to fulfil the role.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
·HNC or higher in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
·Related experience gained in an engineering or project management environment plus related work experience in designing and delivering EPC contracts.
·Knowledge of conditions of contract particularly NEC, I Chem E. Experience in MS packages, including MS Projects.
