Senior Structural Engineer
Salary negotiable
Lincoln
My client is a well established award winning consultancy, looking to grow their structural team, based in Lincoln. They have offices throughout the UK which allows them to work on projects throughout the country. The majority of their projects fall into the following sectors: Retail, Offices, Residential, Heritage, Manufacturing, Industrial, Leisure and Education.
The type of candidate they are looking for is an experienced structural engineer, who enjoys being in a "hands on" role and really contributing to all aspects of a team. You will be chartered, or on the way to becoming chartered, and have significant experience working within a structural design office. It is expected that you have experience working with; steel, masonry, reinforced concrete and timber on a variety of different projects.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Structural Engineer with over three years' experience, who is Chartered or near to becoming a Chartered Structural Engineer with experience of designing building structures looking to take their next step in their career.
As well as a competitive salary, they offer regular in house CPD seminars, there is a strong and supportive team culture and many exciting projects to work on, which creates an environment for constant technical learning and strong career development. This client also has a friendly and supportive working environment, which has resulted in good morale and a low staff turnover.
