Salary: £25-27,000

We have a fantastic opportunity for a graduate geotechnical engineer to join a multi-disciplinary consultancy with an excellent training programme on offer for a graduate geotechnical engineer with a strong geology background. You will be joining a company who have a nationwide presence in the geotechnical and geo-environmental sector and work with the Sheffield contaminated land on various ground investigation engineering projects.

We are looking for a graduate geotechnical engineer who can bring passion and enthusiasm to the team, whilst being willing to learn from the best.

You will be picking up hands on experience with a good mix of geological site work and will have the chance to gain crucial geo-environmental and geotechnical engineering experience, whilst learning from a team of top site investigation engineers.

To be considered for this graduate geotechnical engineer position, you must possess a geology related degree or similar, be based near Sheffield and a full UK driving licence.

This opportunity will include general ground investigation duties such as borehole logging, assisting drillers, plate bearing within phase 1 and 2 of geo-environmental contaminated land projects.
