Senior Civil Engineer - Infrastructure

Access Talent Group are recruiting for a large multidispline consultancy in Northampton. Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to work within their Civil Infrastructure sector.

You will be joining a leading multi-disciplinary team works on a diverse range of projects from local community infrastructure schemes to strategic national projects. They work with a excellent range of clients across the midlands and nationally. You will play an important role within the team whilst leading a small team of Engineers and technicians. Leadership skills will be key to work with developing engineers as well as oversee design work. This is a prestigious consultancy that offer fantastic flexible working and leading benefits package. Typically work on Brownfield/ Greenfield sites that vary from 300-2000 units. The Infrastructure team has 15 engineering in it and is currently looking to grow.

About You

• Ideally have an BEng or MEng
• Have chartership or be working towards it
• Have experience with Civil Infrastructure design - road and drainage design
• Experience using AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Microdrainage or PDS and Causeway flow
• Have team management and mentor skills
